THE TWELVE SACRED BABY STEPS RECOVERY PROGRAM FOR THOUGHTAHOLICS, BELIEFAHOLICS, DOUBTAHOLICS

Instructions:
1. Read the next twelve steps every day three times per day for 21 days non-stop. If you choose to miss a day, you must start all over again.
2. Use one step at at time each month (beginning with step one) and work on it for the whole duration of the month. Use it as a deep inner search tool and as visualization guidance.
3. You may desire to invite family or friends to join you and maybe gather once a week or once a month to share experiences, and practice the Twelve Sacred Baby Steps. If you gather with others use the word WE in every statement, if you are by yourself you have a choice to change each step into "I statements" or keep the WE for a sense of community and oneness with the whole, your choice.
4. Keep a journal.
5. Choose one addiction at a time to work on. After 21 days take a 9 day break and start all over again if next addiction is ready to be let go off.
6. Drink water.
7. Ask for support.
8. Remember be kind and loving to yourself.
9. Pay it forward; as soon as you see changes happening with you, share at least with three more people.
THE 12 SACRED BABY STEPS
1. We recognize that we choose to believe that we were powerless over thoughts and happenings of our past. We admit we were addicted to these habits. We take responsibility for these and we recognize that the past is over.
2. We choose to believe that a Power outside of ourselves does not rescue us back to sanity and happiness. We take responsibility that this power can only come from within.
3. We choose to make a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of the master within. To accept reality as benevolent, and to project a God of Abundance, deservedness, change and possibilities.
4. We make an ethical, empowering and responsible search into all the acts we have manifested, and create an inner inventory of ethical awareness and new commitments to live by example.
5. We accept the responsibility of the consequences of our manifestations and our power in its creation. As we remove projected blame, and stop looking for wrongs in others. We commit to look within, and we are shameless to accept our mistakes and learn from them.
6. We are absolutely ready to make different choices, to drop self-judgment and increase the awareness to live with impeccability of character and inner moral authority.
7. We remain humble at the face of the sacred mystery and commit to be consistent in the state of gratitude and to see any apparent setback or fall as an invitation to stand up and keep moving forward in a stronger way and make a different choice.
8. We commit to make amends with others with no victimization, blame and agenda. Rawnesty and kindness are our new creed.
9. We remain mindful of others' manifestations, and make no assumptions or know what is best for them. We remain students of life and we search for the benefit of our loved ones, a sense of community and human family.
10. We continue to focus on self-actualization and surround ourselves with high frequency people that support us with motivation and accurate, respectful, peaceful and loving mirroring. We remain responsible of all our creations.
11. We remain steady and consistent in our meditation practice and wise use of our skills, increasing day by day our connection with the divine.
We trust in his/her blessings in our life and we continue to visualize greatness. Every moment we remember with gratitude the higher power of the Now.
12. Having taken responsibility of my chosen emotions, thoughts and acts as the results of my choice to use these steps, we carry now this message to other judge-aholics, thought-aholics, belief-aholics, doubt-aholics, and fear-aholics through our own living modeling and we choose to be consistent in the practice of these principles in all our manifestations.
